After 25 years of working for others, I have decided to transition into a consulting role with the intent of being able to assist a broader range of entrepreneurs achieve their goals. I have Executive Management (VP & CFO) and Controllership experience within multi-million dollar organizations, the most recent being my time working with Nelson Lumber/Homes founder, Mr. Ray Nelson, his group of companies and his charitable foundation. My past employment has provided me the opportunity of developing a solid network of professional and banking connections. As well, I have been exposed to a number of unique situations such as mergers, share buyouts, asset disposals and acquisitions, estate administration, family trusts and private foundations. Even though I have spent the last number of years in Senior positions of multi-million dollar corporations, my passion is small and medium enterprises. I recognize that SME's makeup a significant portion of the economy and their success is vital to our Canadian economy.
